I just finished the big transcription I was hired to do. What fun! Here are a few sample pages. This was all picked off the original track by ear and rearranged for the available instrumentation. I just wish I could hear the final result!

Now you see, this is exactly what I was talking about — we were sitting around and you would play a couple of notes and have me guess them, and you were so tickled, but I couldn’t understand what the big deal is: THIS IS WHAT YOU DO, all the time, for a living.
And, by the way, isn’t it fun? We get to do this.
