Shop Time!

Filed under: Woodworking — jasony @ 9:03 pm

Worked on the Baylor prop today for about 5 hours in the 107 degree heat (okay, it was in the garage, but it was still a scorcher). I got 4 days of work done according to my original (and totally wrong) work schedule. SO nice to get back out in the shop, even though I probably lost five pounds of water weight.

  1. Now haven’t we talked about the issue of air conditioning the garage? Whatcha waiting for?

  2. The next house.

    1. Our electrical panels are full so we can’t add anything as big as an A/C (requires two breakers to span the elec. legs).

    2. The garage door has to stay open to cut large pieces of plywood into shape (cabinet saw right next to door)

    3. My dust collection is good, but not good enough to keep up with a router bit on MDF!

    Next place, though.
